| Notes: | Body Not Recovered Commanded the four-man Field Training Team 59, 7th Special Forces Group which was attached to the Forces Armees de Laos 6th Bataillon d'Infanterie. Captured when Pathet Lao forces overran the battalion camp at Ban Pha Home on 22 April, 1961. Attempted to escape twice, Moon was wounded in the head and chest on the last attempt. He was executed by his captors. |
